Ask it. Plan it. Set it up.

Claude works with the same events, campaigns and content you see in the Manager, under the permissions you give it.

Ask about your events and fans

Uploads, stats and reports for any event, plus Florence's insights on what's working.

Plan from a short brief

Describe the event or campaign you want. Claude asks what it needs, such as dates and times, the sponsor and where the images come from, before it creates anything.

Set up fan walls

Choose the grid size and when the zoom starts. Change a wall later in plain terms.

Create FanMoments

Place fans in a branded scene, and preview the result in the chat before it goes live.

Add questions and campaigns

Set up the questions you ask fans, and the campaigns that run at your event.

Bring in images by link

Paste a link to an image, such as a sponsor banner, and Claude adds it to your media.

Nothing reaches fans without your say-so.

Claude can draft and set things up. Anything that reaches fans or costs money waits for you, unless you ask us to switch on hands-free for an account (see AI agents).

Your login, with two-factor

You sign in with your own FANDEMiQ login and two-factor authentication.

You choose the scope

Pick which accounts Claude can work on, and what it may do: read, set things up, publish and send, or administer.

Approval for anything fan-facing

Switching a FanMoment on, publishing a fan wall, emailing fans, creating an AV hand-off link, changing a live event, or changing branding and the app skin all wait for you. Claude gives you a link; you read a summary written by FANDEMiQ, not by the AI, and approve.

FanMoments start switched off

A FanMoment Claude creates stays off until you approve switching it on.

Fans' contact details stay hidden

Fans' email addresses and phone numbers are hidden from Claude unless you grant the publish permission.

Disconnect any time

See every connection under your profile → Manage my profile → Connected apps and disconnect it. It takes effect immediately.

Dates and times are local to your venue, so 7pm means 7pm where the event happens.

Connected in five steps.

Available on Claude plans that support custom connectors.

Add a custom connector

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.

Enter the FANDEMiQ address

Paste https://manager.fandemiq.net/mcp as the connector URL.

Sign in to FANDEMiQ

Use your FANDEMiQ login. Two-factor authentication is required.

Choose accounts and permissions

Tick the accounts Claude may work on and what it is allowed to do.

Ask your first question

Start with something you would ask a colleague.

Connector address: https://manager.fandemiq.net/mcp

Try asking: “What did fans say at Saturday’s match?” or “Set up a campaign for this weekend: a 5×5 fan wall that zooms in after 10 seconds, and a FanMoment of fans in front of the sponsor banner.”

Claude runs under your organisation's own Anthropic account. When Claude reads something from FANDEMiQ for you, such as event stats or campaign settings, that information is sent to Anthropic under your agreement with them, and Anthropic acts as your processor for it. FANDEMiQ only sees the requests your connection makes, and only within the accounts and permissions you granted. Fans' email addresses and phone numbers are hidden from Claude unless you grant the publish permission.

Plugs into the stack you already run.

Webhooks and links

Consented fans, answers and themes arrive in your CRM and data platform as they happen.

A CLI

For the people who would rather script it.

Email is the one identifier

Fans who want their media back give an email address or use an account they already hold with you.

Your data stays yours

The data belongs to the controller: the league for the fans it invites, each club for its own.

Questions about connecting Claude

Which Claude apps work?

claude.ai, the Claude desktop app and Claude Code. Each needs a Claude plan that supports custom connectors.

Do I need technical skills?

No. You paste one address into Claude, sign in to FANDEMiQ and tick what Claude may do. After that you ask in plain English.

Can Claude change things without me?

It can set things up within the permissions you grant. Anything that reaches fans or costs money, such as switching a FanMoment on, publishing a fan wall, emailing fans or changing a live event, waits for your approval on a FANDEMiQ page. The exception is an account where you have asked us to switch on hands-free, for agents that run on their own; see fandemiq.net/ai-agents.

Which accounts can it see?

Only the accounts you tick when you connect.

Can it see fans' contact details?

Not by default. Fans' email addresses and phone numbers stay hidden unless you grant the publish permission.

How do I disconnect?

In the Manager, open your profile → Manage my profile → Connected apps and disconnect. It takes effect immediately. You can also remove the connector in Claude.

Does it cost extra?

Connecting Claude is included with your FANDEMiQ account. AI features Claude uses for you, such as generating images, suggesting copy or reading your brand from your website, draw on the same monthly AI allowance as doing it in the Manager, and Claude can tell you how much is left. Enhanced AI FanMoments for fans are billed as they are today. Your Claude plan itself is with Anthropic.
