FANDEMiQ · Retention and destruction schedule
What the platform holds, how long, what starts the clock, and what deletes it. This is the schedule the consent screen refers to, and the one we publish in advance for fans whose state requires it.

Face analysis produces estimates (an age range, a gender and, where enabled and permitted, a mood) tied to the image they came from. No faceprint, template or biometric identifier is created or stored. Those estimates are destroyed with the image on the schedule above, or sooner if the fan or the client asks for the image to be deleted, whichever comes first.
A client, as controller, can have any clip, photo or event deleted at any time, and a fan can ask their club or the organiser to do so. Deletion means the file, every still, every derived estimate and every link to the fan, in one operation; consent records are kept as evidence that the content was lawfully collected. Consolidating one fan across several events is assembled by our team on request.
A client who needs a season’s films available for longer than the default sets a longer retention period on its account. The period is agreed in writing and applies to new uploads from that point.
