Run your fan campaigns from Claude
Connect Claude to your FANDEMiQ account through MCP, the Model Context Protocol. Then ask in plain English, in claude.ai, the Claude desktop app or Claude Code.

Plan from a short brief
Describe the event or campaign you want. Claude asks what it needs, such as dates and times, the sponsor and where the images come from, before it creates anything.
Set up fan walls
Choose the grid size and when the zoom starts. Change a wall later in plain terms.
Create FanMoments
Place fans in a branded scene, and preview the result in the chat before it goes live.
Add questions and campaigns
Set up the questions you ask fans, and the campaigns that run at your event.
Bring in images by link
Paste a link to an image, such as a sponsor banner, and Claude adds it to your media.
You stay in control
Nothing reaches fans without your say-so
Claude can draft and set things up. Anything that reaches fans or costs money waits for you, unless you ask us to switch on hands-free for an account (see AI agents).
Your login, with two-factor
You sign in with your own FANDEMiQ login and two-factor authentication.
You choose the scope
Pick which accounts Claude can work on, and what it may do: read, set things up, publish and send, or administer.
Approval for anything fan-facing
Switching a FanMoment on, publishing a fan wall, emailing fans, creating an AV hand-off link, changing a live event, or changing branding and the app skin all wait for you. Claude gives you a link; you read a summary written by FANDEMiQ, not by the AI, and approve.
FanMoments start switched off
A FanMoment Claude creates stays off until you approve switching it on.
Fans' contact details stay hidden
Fans' email addresses and phone numbers are hidden from Claude unless you grant the publish permission.
Disconnect any time
See every connection under your profile → Manage my profile → Connected apps and disconnect it. It takes effect immediately.
Dates and times are local to your venue, so 7pm means 7pm where the event happens.

Add a custom connector
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
Enter the FANDEMiQ address
Paste https://manager.fandemiq.net/mcp as the connector URL.

Use your FANDEMiQ login. Two-factor authentication is required.
Choose accounts and permissions
Tick the accounts Claude may work on and what it is allowed to do.
Ask your first question
Start with something you would ask a colleague.
- “What did fans say at Saturday’s match?”
- “Set up a campaign for this weekend: a 5×5 fan wall that zooms in after 10 seconds, and a FanMoment of fans in front of the sponsor banner.”
Claude runs under your organisation's own Anthropic account. When Claude reads something from FANDEMiQ for you, such as event stats or campaign settings, that information is sent to Anthropic under your agreement with them, and Anthropic acts as your processor for it. FANDEMiQ only sees the requests your connection makes, and only within the accounts and permissions you granted. Fans' email addresses and phone numbers are hidden from Claude unless you grant the publish permission.
