FANDEMiQ is designed to be bought simply. Start with the smallest package that can prove value. Scale only when engagement, profile growth or governance needs justify it.
Most deployments fall into one of four commercial shapes. The same platform spine sits behind all of them.
A single deployment to prove participation, create first known fan records and generate a usable proof pack around one event or one campaign window.
Typical term: 2–8 weeks.
A repeated participation layer running across a run of fixtures, shows or campaign bursts to grow direct fan identity, CRM enrichment and repeat engagement.
Typical term: 3–6 months.
An annual FANDEMiQ layer running across venue, broadcast and digital touchpoints to support fan identity, sponsor packaging and repeatable re-engagement.
Typical term: 12 months.
Dashboards, scheduled exports, cohort views and insight access where the client is buying intelligence rather than full campaign execution.
Quarterly or annual.
Every commercial path sits on one of five platform tiers. The path names the business outcome and term; the tier defines the access, scale and functional entitlement.
Pilots and first proof cases. One event or window, one entity, standard reporting. Best for a first FANDEMiQ deployment where the goal is to prove participation.
Repeated activations and light always-on programmes. Persistent profiles, rule-based cohorts, scheduled reporting.
Programmes and sponsor series. Multi-variable cohorts, deeper integrations, cross-campaign persistence.
Major rights holders, broadcasters and sponsors. Custom libraries, multi-property dashboards, full API access.
Leagues, federations and portfolio rollouts. Hierarchy governance, cross-property taxonomy, benchmark exports.
The platform fee is the price of the technology, intelligence layer and governance — not a bundle of hidden services. Everything outside the platform is priced separately.
FANDEMiQ is bought through approved enablement partners or directly with the platform team, depending on territory and vertical. Pilot-led starts are welcome and often recommended.
A first conversation to confirm the right path, scope and partner.
A short proof deployment — typically 2–8 weeks — to generate real participation and a usable proof pack.
Step up a tier when usage, entities or governance move materially.
Packages range from short-event pilots to full annual platforms. Commercial terms are shared once fit has been confirmed.
